We're Hiring: Senior Paid Ads Specialist (Ortigas – Onsite)

Location: Manila, Philippines

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Department: Performance Marketing

Reports To: Performance Marketing Manager / Marketing Director (Israel-based)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with 5–7 years of experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns for U.S.-based accounts. You'll be responsible for driving measurable results through paid channels like Google, Meta, and YouTube, using data to scale campaigns, improve ROAS, and support lead generation across multiple business units.

This role is ideal for someone who's managed 6-figure monthly budgets, understands full-funnel ad strategy, and can work with international teams.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Handle large monthly ad budgets ($50,000+ per client/account)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Write and test ad copy, direct creative requests, and optimize landing page performance
  • Set up conversion tracking, attribution models, and UTM tagging using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Build remarketing funnels, lookalike audiences, and cold acquisition campaigns
  • Analyze and report on KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, and LTV
  • Collaborate with CRO and design teams to A/B test creatives and improve conversion rates

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in an agency or U.S.-based client setting
  • Proven success managing large ad budgets ($50K–$200K+/month)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. consumer behavior, lead generation funnels, and call-to-action strategy
  • Advanced skills with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — must love data
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for tracking performance and forecasts
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications
  • CRO knowledge and experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows
