Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:
- With at least 5 years sales experience handling key account customers, preferably from TOP FMCG companies.
- Demonstrated excellent selling and negotiation key wins and expert in customer collaborations
- through Joint Business Planning and Business Reviews.
- Demonstrated excellent implementation of retail performance standards
- Experience in spearheading effective utilization of key trade investments
- Ability to work smoothly in a cross functional team including finance, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
- Will report directly to the Group Key Account Manager for Key Accounts
