Due to the rapid growth in our company, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative who is ready to take the next step into a company that will provide long-term career growth alongside a fantastic team of Solicitors, Registered Migration Agents, and support staff.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive support to our Sales Team
  • Attending and booking in leads
  • Assisting our Lawyers in preparing for consultations
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Continuously following up on new leads and referrals
  • Outbound prospecting and follow ups

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Relevant sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional capacity for building rapport with all stakeholders
  • Energy and vibrancy with a genuine attitude to succeed
  • Ability to work hard and meet set KPI'S
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that's constantly evolving
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of CRM system software will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized to plan and manage high volumes of work in a corporate environment
  • Integrate easily and work cooperatively in a busy but fun, social and welcoming team environment.
  • Interest in a long-term career with a fast growing company

Work Setup Requirement:

  • Processor: Ryzen 5/Intel i5 (or higher)
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
  • At least 25Mbps internet speed
  • Clear webcam and headset White or any plain color background (for video meeting purposes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
