RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure and exceed customer satisfaction through World-Class Service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records for seamless history tracking.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring 100% on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with customers on orders, pricing, and transportation.
  • Provide order confirmations, lead times, and pricing details.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and buying teams for efficient customer response.
  • Address quality-related concerns with the buying team.
  • Handle non-quality-related customer complaints.
  • Support marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Perform additional customer service tasks as required.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have at least 2 year of experience assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Voice and Chat Experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite
