About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AGVILL RESOURCES INC'. As a Wave 1 Non Voice representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients from our Rosario Pasig City Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our customer service operations

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
