Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our team. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining milk processing equipment to ensure the consistent production of safe and quality dairy products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor milk processing machines, including Nymco, pasteurizers, and mixing equipment.
  • Ensure proper pasteurization, mixing, and standardization of milk products.
  • Conduct routine quality checks during processing and report deviations.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
  • Assist in equipment cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Diploma / Vocational / Technical course graduate (Food Technology, Dairy Processing, or related is an advantage).
  • Experience in milk or food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Nymco equipment, pasteurizing, and mixing processes is required.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards (HACCP) is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in shifting schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
