Job Description:

  • Oversee all production of finished dairy goods and coordinate with Quality Control and Inventory Departments.
  • Oversee the Preventive Maintenance of the Production Lines in coordination with Engineering.
  • Oversee Production Planning schedule, in coordination with Marketing forecasts
  • Review and implement Total Performance strategies throughout the Processing facility to maximize efficiencies, reduce losses and improve overall operations.
  • Report to the Top Management of all production issues of the company.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the President of the company

Qualifications:

  • Education: must be graduate of BS Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience: 2-3year experience as Production Manager with at least 5-10year experience in a Manufacturing environment

  • Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Good Leadership and People Management skills

  • Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various Department and teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and very detail -oriented

  • Knowledgeable in Continuous Improvement Tools as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma

  • Result oriented and data driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
