ACMobility is looking for a
Branch Finance Assistant (Reliever)
for a fixed-term engagement of
three (3) months
. This role supports the branch's day-to-day finance operations, including basic accounting tasks, report preparation, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules
  • Post journal entries and help maintain the general ledger
  • Support tax and regulatory compliance by consolidating branch requirements
  • Coordinate with HR for payroll-related entries and government remittances
  • Assist in asset tracking and reconciliation
  • Help prepare weekly status reports and other required documentation
  • Provide support during internal audits and external reviews
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in general accounting or finance support
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with SAP Business One is a
    plus
