IT Officer (Ortigas, Pasig)

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Officer to lead and manage the organization's network infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of all network systems, while overseeing day-to-day IT operations, managing junior IT staff, and ensuring proper implementation of IT policies and cybersecurity protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage network security measures, including firewall policies, VPN access, and intrusion prevention
• Administer, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, network devices, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Ensure network uptime and troubleshoot outages, connectivity issues, or system disruptions
• Manage network hardware, software updates, and ensure proper documentation of configurations
• Implement and enforce data protection, backup, and recovery protocols
• Monitor and improve network performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated issues from end-users and business units

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
