Job description

  • Involved in acquisition and development of new branches
  • Continuously developing existing stores
  • Involved in the setting of sales and financial targets
  • Oversees each store location and monitoring and reporting on performance
  • Comprehends interprets and analyses sales figures
  • Ensuring presentation and compliance in stores are in accordance with the company standards
  • Implements a retail plan for the area in line with the company strategy
  • Acts as mediator in resolving customer's or supplier's concern and issues
  • Coaches, inspires and motivates staff to increase sales
  • Identifying and delivering all relevant / appropriate opportunities to address current situation

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • With at least 3 years related work experience
  • Can supervise and manage the multiple store locations
  • Strong professional maturity and integrity
  • Has strong leadership ability and drive to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Has an excellent customer service orientation
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
