Digital Marketing Lead.
We're seeking a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media content creation, and building relationships with key creators. We're looking for someone who can elevate our brands across digital channels while staying rooted in the hustle and bustle of the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities
:
I. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy for Buffalo's Wings N' Things, Dickey's Barbecue Pit, and Rangoon Ruby that aligns with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Define the tone, style, and messaging of all brands across all platforms to ensure consistent and effective communication with the general public.
- Set clear KPIs to measure success in terms of engagement, reach, and conversion.
II. CONTENT CREATION (PHOTO AND VIDEO)
- Creation of engaging content (static, video, and motion) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for each brand.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with product standards and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure that all shoots are cost effective and aligned with operational standards.
III. DIGITAL MEDIA ADS
- Strategize, plan, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Provide comprehensive reports of Cost-Benefit Analysis of all paid ads.
IV. COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Oversee daily engagement on all social media platforms, ensuring timely, professional, and on-brand responses to messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive customer experience online.
V. PR AND INFLUENCER SEEDING
- Oversee influencer seeding programs, ensuring proper briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with PR agencies or directly manage media relations to generate positive buzz around brand initiatives.
VI. TRENDS AND COMPETITOR RESEARCH
- Conduct regular competitor audits and research to monitor digital trends, viral content, and platform updates to identify opportunities and insights for improved digital strategy.
VII. SOCIAL LISTENING AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across digital platforms and review sites to gauge public sentiment.
- Prepare weekly social listening reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
VIII. DIGITAL MEDIA ADHOC
- Other digital functions as required by Buffalo's Wings N' Things, Dickey's Barbecue Pit, and Rangoon Ruby which may include but is not limited to SEO/SEM requirements, keyword optimization, website user interface (UI) studies, and related tasks.
