What you will bring in the table:

  • Open for Fresh graduates with Associate or Bachelor Degrees in any computer-related courses like Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
  • Open for Fresh graduates with Associate or Bachelor's Degrees in any non-technical courses as long as the applicant is knowledgeable with Basic Troubleshooting Processes, CCTVs, Computers, and alike.
  • Must be a College Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course for experienced applicants in the field of BPO
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience.
  • Excellent written communication skills to assist customers with the best available help and the ability to convey technical information in a non-technical manner
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to ask intelligent questions to deliver the best aid for clients with issue
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Can work onsite every day and work on a shifting and night shift schedule
