Biomedical Technician

Job Description:

• Ensure the medical equipment is well-maintained, properly configured, and safely functional.
• Install, inspect, maintain, repair, and calibrate medical equipment and support systems to adhere to manufacturer guidelines and hospital protocols.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and equipment history logs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or technical/ certificate course on BIOMED from a TESDA-accredited institution.
• Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) NC II is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or technical support (Biomedical Equipment)
• Preferably with experience in medical equipment servicing or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and medical safety standards
• Flexible and willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Experience in hospital or industrial projects is a plus.
