Position Overview:

The Partner Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for supporting assigned partners within the Partner Success programs. The core focus of this role is to facilitate the process of enabling partners to effectively deliver Activation, Adoption, and Operationalization services for our partner's products. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience in project management and/or prior experience working closely with large services or channel partners

  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data analysis

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor multiple partner-led projects simultaneously

  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) is an asset

  • Familiarity with partner programs, professional services delivery, or customer success operations

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process compliance

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively across multiple functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

Project Monitoring and Support:

  • Track the progress of professional service delivery projects led by partners through direct outreach.

  • Monitor partner-related Slack channels and Deployment Inquiries within Partner Success programs to ensure prompt and effective communication.

  • Offer essential, light-touch project management support.

  • Verify project completion and ensure that all required documentation is distributed to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Confirm the timely distribution of Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

Data Integrity and Program Alignment:

  • Maintain the accuracy of project data in SFDC for all partner-deployed projects.

  • Maintain a strong partnership with the Channel team to communicate partner progress and new program initiatives effectively.

Partner Enablement and Growth:

  • Contribute to the development of Technical Enablement plans, leveraging input from Professional Services Engineers and Channel Leadership, to enable Distribution and Channel Partners to qualify for the Service Delivery Specialization Program.

  • Track and support the growth of partners focused on assisting customers with Adoption and continuous improvement services to achieve the Adoption Specialization Program status.

  • Help refine internal processes to scale and improve the programs managed by the Partner Success unit.
