We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our BYD Vehicle Sales & Marketing team in Tagbilaran, Bohol. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, and providing an excellent showroom experience. This role ensures smooth and professional transactions that align with BYD's standards of service and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Conduct product presentations, showroom tours, and assist with test drives.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations, financing options, and purchase agreements.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales documentation and vehicle release.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (vocational/college level with strong sales experience may be considered).
  • At least 1-2 year of experience in automotive sales or a related sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented, driven, and results-focused.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
