JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouseman and Driver for Repossessed Vehicles is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and transportation of repossessed vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to legal and company guidelines, and effective coordination with the repossession and sales teams.

Warehouseman Duties:

Vehicle Handling and Storage:

• Receive and inspect repossessed vehicles upon arrival at the warehouse.

• Document the condition of each vehicle, noting any damage or missing parts.

• Store vehicles in designated areas within the warehouse, ensuring optimal space utilization and accessibility.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles in the warehouse, including location, condition including maintenance of the vehicle and fuel monitoring, and status.

• Use inventory management software to update records and generate reports.

Vehicle Preparation:

• Clean and prepare vehicles for inspection and sale, including basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.

• Coordinate with mechanics or service providers for necessary repairs or maintenance.

Security and Safety:

• Ensure all vehicles are securely stored and the warehouse is locked and secure when not in use.

-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and damage to vehicles or property.

Driver Duties:

• Vehicle Transportation:

• Safely transport repossessed vehicles from the repossession site to the warehouse or other designated locations.

• Ensure all necessary documentation accompanies each vehicle during transport.

• Vehicle Inspection:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the transport vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

-Report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
