Job description:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in general maintenance or facilities work; retail industry experience is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and CARPENTRY TASKS.
  • Physically fit and able to lift moderate loads, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Can drive manual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of store areas, including sales floor, stockroom, display fixtures, shelves, counters, and common areas.
  • Conduct routine inspections of store facilities, lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, and other equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Carry out minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing shelves, door handles, or display units.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and compliance with sanitation standards, especially for cosmetic product storage and disposal.
  • Assist in setting up or dismantling displays, fixtures, and promotional materials.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store management and staff.
  • Report any major issues that require specialized repairs or contractor support.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies; request replenishments when needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Support opening and closing duties that involve facility checks and securing the premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
