Graphic Artist / Administrative Assistant

Location: South Caloocan City

Availability: Can start immediately

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines both design and administrative responsibilities — ideal for someone who enjoys creating visual materials while supporting daily office operations.

Main Duties:

- Design Tasks:

  • Produce marketing and promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and digital content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Develop visuals that reflect the company's branding and communication goals.

  • Update and manage digital files and visual assets for internal and external use.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and organize reports, memos, and other office documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Handle data entry, filing, and coordination of office-related activities.
  • Provide general assistance to the HR and Admin departments.
  • Communicate with suppliers and external partners as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Business, Multimedia, or Design-related course.
  • With 6 months to 1 year of experience in design or admin work (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Willing to work on-site in South Caloocan City.
  • Can start ASAP.
