Graphic Artist / Admin Assistant

  • Work Location: South Caloocan City

    - Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and organized Graphic Artist / Admin Assistant who can support both marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop, while also being capable of handling general office work such as documentation, reports, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design:

  • Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and social media content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Assist in developing visual concepts aligned with the company's branding.
  • Update and maintain digital content for internal and external communication.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist in filing, data entry, and coordination of office activities.
  • Support the HR and Admin team in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle communication with suppliers or service providers when needed.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business, Multimedia, or Design-related course.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in design or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in South Caloocan City.
  • Can start ASAP.
