This role is designed for someone willing to learn from a base level. We provide comprehensive training on our systems , including full training and ongoing support on our Orbis application software. You will gain invaluable experience working with leading-edge technology and have the clear potential to progress into a Senior Project Role.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Work as an active member of the Project Delivery Team to configure MES solutions for our customers.
  • Analyze and understand customer processes to ensure all project deliverables are met.
  • Participate directly in the configuration, testing, and computer system validation (CSV) of the MES system.
  • Follow the project plan and workflow, adhering to deadlines set by the Program Manager.
  • Engage with customers at project meetings and take responsibility for following up on actions and issues.
  • Operate within our ISO 9001 approved systems engineering methodology.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic), Information Technology, agricultural science/business, or a related field with sufficient IT experience.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to review data, articulate, and resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be clear, articulate, and adapt to an audience.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • A strong customer service orientation with the goal of meeting customer needs and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • The ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer, and network hardware.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint).
  • A quality-focused individual with a high sense of integrity.

Desired Technical Skills & Experience (Preferred)   

  • Database:

  • Knowledge of SQL Databases and Microsoft SQL Management Studio.

  • Good knowledge of T-SQL, including Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Triggers.

  • Data:

  • Knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Historians.

  • Ability to diagnose and address operational data issues.

  • Industry & Project:

  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing, food and beverage processing, or pharmaceutical.

  • A base knowledge of or strong interest in manufacturing processes and automation.
  • Experience in software project delivery within process-oriented environments.

  • Other Skills:

  • Good documentation and validation skills.

  • Experience with Version Control, specifically GIT.
