QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School graduate with at least background of Cashier/Server position the Food and Beverage Industry

2. Basic knowledge of food handling and safety

3. Good communication skills, team player and willing to be trained

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CASHIER:

  • Understand and master the use of the POS and credit card terminals.
  • Processing sales transactions and taking payments.
  • Calculating the cost of products or services.
  • Calculating and returning change for cash transactions.
  • Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change.
  • Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts.
  • Maintaining cleanliness at the cashier area.

DINING:

  • Escort guests to their tables, introduce the ordering system, and mention company policies.
  • Review and ensure that orders are delivered promptly to the correct table and to the right guests.
  • Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Cross-selling and upselling products.
  • Reporting issues with equipment.
  • Working with the team to meet store sales goals.
  • Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Assisting in stocking and rotating items such as beverages and ice cream.
  • Staying up to date on promotions, advertisements and product information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php560.00 per day
