Description

The Recruitment Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and leading a team of recruiters to attract and hire top talent. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and delivers a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years of people management role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions
