~Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure the accuracy of product quantity, condition and labelling, particularly in relation to temperature-sensitive goods.

~Ensure that all products are stored at the appropriate temperature and humidity levels, following all cold storage procedures and maintaining compliance with safety compliance.

~Maintain accurate records of inventory checks, discrepancies, and any issues identified with the shipments. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate personnel.

~Inspect products for signs of damage or spoilage due to temperature fluctuations and other potential issues in the cold storage area.

~Assist in the receiving, scanning, and loading of shipments, ensuring that proper documentation accompanies all goods moving in and out of the facility.

~Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines for working in a cold storage environment, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

~Collaborate with other warehouse staff, such as forklift operators and pickers, to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet shipping deadlines.

~Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory, missing items, or damaged goods to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.

~Occasional use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:

~Male, at least 25 years old

~High School graduate or College level

~Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics (typically 1-2 years) is an advantage

~Able to lift items at least 15kg
