Job Description

  • Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming deliveries.
  • Creates Delivery Receipts (DR) and Acknowledgement Receipts (AR).
  • Handles and processes outgoing deliveries.
  • Maintains updated records of received items, Finished Goods (FG) deliveries, FIFO cards, and Bin cards.
  • Updates and sends delivery documents daily.
  • Conducts weekly and monthly inventory counts.
  • Files and organizes warehouse documents and records.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, or at least completed 2 years in college or a vocational course
  • At least 6 months of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing setting
  • Basic knowledge of GMP, FIFO, and 5S practices
  • Basic math and inventory management
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
  • Preferably a resident of or near Sta. Rosa, Laguna
