Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Own and manage the technical aspects of mobile systems, including app architecture, state management, and integration with backend services.
  • Formulate and implement technical solutions to improve performance, stability, and scalability of existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend developers, designers, QA, and product managers) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Oversee app releases, ensuring smooth deployment, versioning, and update processes for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Implement best practices in state management, dependency injection, and clean architecture (e.g., using Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
  • Integrate and manage APIs, authentication, and third-party SDKs (e.g., analytics, payment gateways, biometrics, or notifications).
  • Ensure app security and compliance, handling sensitive data responsibly and maintaining proper encryption and authentication standards.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and promoting consistent coding standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and crash reports, identifying and resolving production issues proactively.
  • Document technical processes, architectural decisions, and workflows for maintainability and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years using Flutter.
  • Proven experience designing scalable mobile architectures and implementing Clean Architecture or MVVM patterns.
  • Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Block
  • Proficient in RESTful API integration, asynchronous programming, and error handling.
  • Experience in managing app deployment on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (e.g., Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise).
  • Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization, testing, and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including token management, secure storage, and data encryption.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
