Role Description

We are looking for a Mobile Developer
located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City,
to join our growing development team.
The Senior Flutter Mobile Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, and troubleshooting and debugging to optimize overall performance and user experience.
The ideal candidate has solid experience with Flutter/Dart, understands clean architecture and state management, and can collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Implement responsive and adaptive UIs for both Android and iOS platforms
  • Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase, REST)
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
  • Participate in code reviews, write maintainable code, and follow best practices
  • Debug and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and crashes
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and improve existing codebases

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in Flutter/Dart development
  • Strong understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, GetX)
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling data persistence (SQLite, Hive, Moor, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and agile development practices
  • Experience with Firebase, (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics) is a plus
  • Knowledge of MVVM, clean architecture, SOLID principles, and unit testing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with native Android/iOS development
  • Knowledge of backend services , Laravel, etc.)
  • Exposure to DevOps, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS)
