Job Description

As an Outbound Calling Agent, you'll handle incoming and outgoing calls, engage with new leads, and help convert enquiries into active opportunities. You'll play a key role in driving conversions, building relationships, and ensuring each call moves the business closer to success.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience using pipeline or deal flow software such as ActiveCampaign or HubSpot
  • Volleyball knowledge or playing experience is a strong advantage

Your Daily Tasks

  • Make 15-20 calls per hour to potential leads
  • Ensure all enquiries are cleared daily
  • Prioritize new enquiries and call within 30 minutes of receipt when possible
  • Send templated emails based on call outcomes
  • Receive and return incoming calls during your shift
  • Send SMS notifications when calls are not answered
  • Monitor and respond to emails from the assigned inbox
  • Update and move deals along the pipeline as progress continues
  • Escalate complex or unknown queries to your line manager
  • Reconnect with aged deals to increase conversion rates
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings and methodology
