We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Unit (General Manager) to lead multiple high-revenue, customer-facing verticals nationwide. This is a senior executive position overseeing the strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitability.

This role requires a strategic business leader with strong operational discipline, commercial acumen, and proven experience in managing multiple business lines across a national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall vision and growth strategy for all business units nationwide.
  • P&L Management: Take full accountability for performance, budgets, and profitability targets across all verticals.
  • Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth, standardized, and efficient daily operations across transport, retail, F&B, and entertainment services.
  • Business Development: Drive new revenue streams, secure partnerships, and expand licensing and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Champion service excellence and customer satisfaction programs across all business units.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor senior managers across multiple verticals, ensuring high performance and talent growth.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations meet regulatory, safety, and corporate compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience (VP or equivalent) in FMCG, large-scale retail, hospitality, transportation, or other consumer-facing industries.
  • Proven track record in multi-vertical or multi-brand portfolio management with nationwide scope.
  • Strong P&L management experience and business development skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
