QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate – any four (4) years business course
  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years supervisory experience in field sales management in an FMCG industry
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of Sales and Marketing
  • Holder of valid professional driver's license
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate personal integrity, honesty, confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
  • Exceptional decision making and problem solving skills
