Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and

dispatch of goods. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing warehouse staff,

enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff (receiving, storing, packing, and shipping).

  2. Plan and organize workflow to meet operational deadlines and performance targets.

  3. Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and regularly reconciled.

  4. Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies.

  5. Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.

  6. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

  7. Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees to maintain high performance and compliance.

  8. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order and delivery processes.

  9. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse.

  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Must be willing to travel or relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
