The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the proper maintenance of financial records and provide timely financial information and analyses to aid in profit and wealth maximization of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting & Analysis: Submit timely, reliable, and well-analyzed monthly, management, and ad hoc reports. Ensure financial statements are accurate, compliant with PFRS, and aligned with ERP systems. Reports must include key account insights and actionable findings.
  2. Strategic Recommendations: Provide management with practical recommendations for profit and wealth maximization based on sound financial analysis.
  3. Audit Compliance: Ensure timely completion of all external audit requirements.
  4. Fund Management: Monitor fund balances to optimize interest savings or income generation, depending on borrowing status.
  5. Policy & Control Compliance: Uphold internal controls, comply with company policies, and continuously improve systems and procedures.
  6. Team Management: Maintain a competent and productive team with optimal headcount, fair workload distribution, timely output, and a succession plan.
  7. Confidentiality & Record Keeping: Safeguard financial records through proper organization and restricted access.
  8. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  9. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to corporate values, SOPs, GMPs, health and safety standards, and report any food safety concerns.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience in Audit or Private Firm
  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting software such as SAP (advantage)
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and effective customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
