About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Senior Financial Controller
to oversee our organization's financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide leadership in financial planning and analysis. This role will play a key part in driving business performance, supporting executive decision-making, and strengthening internal controls.

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team across all business units.
  • Develop, monitor, and enforce strong internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to senior leadership.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve operational and financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
  • Minimum 8
    + years of progressive financial management experience
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a business-partnering mindset.
