ROLE: The Cash Teller is responsible for maintaining complete and precise sales records, delivering a seamless experience for both in-person and online customers, and upholding high service standards. In addition, the role provides essential support in customer service, inventory coordination, and other store-related operations as required to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Transaction Management & Reconciliation

●       Process payments from customers using a variety of methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets.

●       Issue accurate official receipts, invoices, and acknowledgments (POF) for all transactions.

●       Perform daily reconciliation of cash collections, credit card transactions, and online sales with sales reports.

  1. Online Store & Order Fulfillment

●       Verify and confirm payments for all online orders.

●       Coordinate with fulfillment and inventory teams to ensure the timely and accurate release of orders for pickup or delivery.

●       Maintain accurate records and report all online sales transactions in the company's database.

●       Monitor all retail purchases through SAT, ECOM and PHYSICAL STORES purchased.

●       Crediting points to wholesaler accounts upon retail purchases through physical stores and online store.

  1. Customer Service

●       Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, whether in-store or through digital channels.

●       Process returns, refunds, and exchanges strictly in accordance with company policies.

●       Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to payments, receipts, or order processing in a timely manner.

  1. Financial & Operational Compliance

●       Adhere to all company policies regarding cash-handling, transaction processing, and financial reporting.

●       Safeguard all company funds, sales documents, receipts, and company property.

●       Immediately report any discrepancies, shortages, or irregularities to management to ensure financial integrity.

  1. Administrative & Store Support

●       Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashiering area.

●       Collaborate with sales, accounting, and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

●       Execute other related tasks as reasonably assigned by the Employer.

The Employee is expected to:

●       Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.

●       Possess a working knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and experience with online payment platforms.

●       Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

●       Maintain the highest level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

●       Work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
