Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Sales Manager located in Cebu. The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities related to property developments. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, monitoring sales performance, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless transactions and achieving sales targets.

  • Competitive Service Fee (25k to 50K) with commission and incentive
  • Familiarity with the Cebu property market is a plus
