Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior stylists with client consultations to understand hair care needs.
- Perform basic haircuts, blow-drying, and styling services under supervision.
- Assist in hair treatments, coloring, and chemical services as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with general salon upkeep.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Promote salon products and services to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology.
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and tools.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
