A Facilities Engineer plays a crucial role in the maintenance and operation of facilities and infrastructure. The key duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Maintenance and Operations

1.1 Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs of facilities.

1.2 Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

1.3 Ensuring efficient operation of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical System, UPS , CCTV , FDAS, etc.).

  1. Safety and Compliance

2.1 Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client standards.

2.2 Conducting regular safety inspections and audits.

2.3 Implementing emergency preparedness and response plans.

  1. Project Management

3.1 Planning and managing facility improvement and renovation projects.

3.2 Coordinating with contractors and service providers.

3.3 Monitoring project budgets and timelines.

  1. Energy Management

4.1 Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption.

4.2 Implementing energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices ESG.

4.3 Conducting energy audits and assessments.

  1. Documentation and Reporting.

5.1 Maintaining records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance.

5.2 Preparing reports on facility performance, issues, and recommendations.

  1. Vendor and Contractor Management.

6.1 Managing relationships with external service providers.

6.2 Negotiating contracts and evaluating vendor performance.

  1. Team Collaboration

7.1 Collaborating with other departments to support operational needs.

7.2 Supervising maintenance staff or external contractors as necessary.

  1. Emergency Preparedness

8.1 Developing and implementing emergency response plans and training.

8.2 Conducting drills to ensure readiness.

  1. Continuous Improvement

9.1 Identifying areas for improvement in facility operations.

9.2 Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
