The Program Management Associate/Assistant - Business Development is responsible for identifying and developing leads, gathering information on clients. Generating proposals and maintaining revenue targets by following up leads. He/She is working with clients to develop service and marketing strategies.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  2. Track and report on the status of job order and/or proposals.

  3. Ensure smooth project deliverables and project updates and outputs.
  4. Explore and understand client needs to manage to meet clients' expectations.

  5. Gather useful information from client, if needed.

  6. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

  7. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth

  8. Investigate relevant resources required and provide a timeline for delivery to meet job orders & solve any issues.
  9. Develop a deep understanding of the customer including goals, organization structure, decision-making

  10. processes, and pain-points.

  11. PERFORM ADMININSTRATIVE AND ADHOC DUTIES

  12. Any other duties as required by the manager or Head of Department that are recommended.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of systems directly related to client and contract management– such as Workforce Tools, Reporting Tools, Workflow Management, and Customer Relationship Management software.

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

  • Graduate of 4-year engineering course
  • With Real Estate/Construction work-related experience is advantage
