Essential Duties

  • Provide support via phone, web, and email to our resellers and customers.
  • Document cases from inception until closure in our case management system.
  • Assist with creating resources such as Knowledge Base articles.
  • Consult and develop effective relationships with our reseller's technical support staff.
  • Test Therefore software.

Qualifications & Experience

  • College degree in Computer Science or similar experience.
  • 3-5 Years Experience in IT Support preferably 2nd or 3rd Level Support
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V) and network architecture
  • Knowledge of database technology.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and scripting
  • Operate our Azure SaaS environment.
  • Ability to identify, trace, isolate and replicate problems and successfully conduct root cause analysis.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and electronically while maintaining professionalism.
  • Think with a clear mind and develop clever and useful solutions.
  • Adaptable "Can-do" attitude
