We're Hiring: Lead Manager / Lead Generator – Workspace Solutions (LGOConnects)

Do you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities? Join LGOConnects, a fast-growing provider of workspace solutions — including private offices, meeting rooms, coworking spaces, and serviced offices.

We're looking for a Lead Manager / Lead Generator who will help us expand our client base and bring businesses into their ideal workspaces.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads for workspace solutions (private offices, meeting rooms, coworking, serviced offices).
  • Research and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into new clients.
  • Track, update, and report lead activities using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (real estate, coworking, serviced offices, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and networking skills — comfortable reaching out to decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with good research skills.
  • Familiar with CRM or digital lead generation platforms is a plus.
