Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor accounts, ensuring all logistics operations meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all shipping activities, including documentation for customs, billing, and compliance purposes.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged goods, missed deliveries, or discrepancies in shipment documentation.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
