  • Managing and processing transfer of property titles, real estate taxes, and related government documentation
  • Preparing and maintaining complete, accurate, and organized records for all transactions
  • Coordinating with government offices, agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate documentation requirements
  • Scheduling and monitoring deadlines to ensure timely completion of all documentation processes
  • Assisting in the development of standard procedures for documentation services
  • Providing excellent client support and ensuring transparency in the documentation process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in documentation, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Experience in real estate, legal, or financial documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of document preparation, review, and compliance procedures, preferably in real estate or legal transactions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and government office processes related to property documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in both legal and financial documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
