Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining financial records. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial reporting, and general accounting principles
  • Experience in auditing, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Strong skills in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Excellent ability to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
