We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to bridge product, support, and development teams in driving the success of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate is a systems-savvy executor who can turn customer feedback and business priorities into actionable product improvements while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of e-commerce products from concept to post-launch.
  • Prioritize product backlogs based on customer needs and business impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, support, and business teams.
  • Conduct product and tool training for customer support and internal users.
  • Maintain product documentation, FAQs, and feature guides.
  • Manage and resolve escalations efficiently while identifying root-cause solutions.
  • Support Agile processes by refining user stories, monitoring sprints, and driving progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or an e-commerce environment.
  • Prior customer support experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong executor mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and user-centered design.
  • Proficient in Jira (required); familiarity with Confluence, Asana, Zendesk, and Scrum is a plus.
