QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Familiarity with accounting systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Knowledgeable in auditing, vouching, and conducting thorough financial audits
  • Capable of analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and recommending process improvements

JOB SUMMARY

  • Support NTBI's internal audit process by evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct timely and thorough internal audits of financial and operational processes
  • Execute audit procedures such as vouching, reconciliations, variance analysis, and testing of control activities
  • Analyze financial data to detect discrepancies, inefficiencies, or risks
  • Prepare clear, evidence-backed audit working papers and reports
  • Provide practical audit recommendations and follow through on action plans
  • Support corporate planning, cost accounting evaluations, and related projects
  • Collaborate with business units to foster compliance and process improvements
  • Assist with documentation and procedural updates in line with audit findings
