As a Cook in Gianetto, you will play a pivotal role in creating a diverse and delectable menu that includes not only exceptional pizzas but also a variety of other dishes such as steaks, pasta, and more. Your culinary expertise, versatility, and passion for delivering delicious meals will contribute significantly to the success and reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes, including pizzas, steaks, pasta, and other items on our menu.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all menu items.
  • Execute food preparation tasks for various dishes, adhering to established recipes and portion sizes.
  • Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients, ensuring they meet our culinary standards.
  • Expertly grill steaks to customers' preferences, following established cooking times and techniques.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to synchronize the preparation of grill items with other menu offerings.
  • Craft and bake delicious pizzas, paying attention to crust texture, toppings distribution, and overall presentation.
  • Monitor pizza ovens and adjust temperatures as needed for optimal results.
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving existing dishes and introducing new items to the menu.
  • Stay abreast of culinary trends and incorporate innovative elements into our offerings.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, including chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively to coordinate the preparation of various menu items during peak hours.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
