Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for preparing high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to menu development and special offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
