Reports To: Deputy HR Manager/HR Manager

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts and hires qualified and capable candidates. This role assists in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal communication channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, reference checks, and job offer processing.
• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent sourcing activities.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online recruitment platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php12,000.00 per month
