As the_ IT Supervisor_ of VCSI, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our information technology systems, ensuring the smooth performance of all hardware, software, and network functions across sites. You are also tasked with maintaining data security, providing technical support, and ensuring that all IT resources effectively support the company's operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the company's IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and hardware/software management.
  • Analyze IT systems and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Supervise and support the IT team in providing technical assistance to all departments.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime in operations.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferably with experience in report generation and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems, GPS tracking, or inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to technical issues that may affect operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
