Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least High School/Senior/ Vocational Graduate.
  • Total work experience: 1 or more years as Office Utility or related

role and function.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Good or at least average communication skills
  • Experience in General Housekeeping.
  • Experience as Messenger is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in liaising with different people and offices.
  • Willing to be assigned or work in Binondo Manila

Responsibilities:

Building/Office Cleaning

  • Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities to include

sweeping, mopping all surfaces, polishing as necessary all floor

space, and vacuuming carpeted areas.

  • Clean all offices and meeting rooms: floors, desks, shelves, glass

doors, windows, and surface of office equipment

  • Ensure that furniture in offices, meeting rooms, and reception area is

always arranged in the required manner.

  • Clean all common areas and storages: reception area, pantry, etc.
  • Clean restrooms to include disinfecting toilets, urinals, hand basins

sinks and floors.

  • Ensure constant availability of accessories such as toilet rolls, paper

towels and handwashing soap

  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing cups, glasses and

plates, water, tea and coffee.

  • Empty all waste bins, receptacles, shredder trays and transport

waste materials to designated collection points.

  • General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
