KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Gather, explore, and analyse data to develop models and scorecards that support other business units in their daily functions. Validate models and deploy validated models. Monitor models to measure their effectiveness.

Recalibrate models to ensure alignment with the latest population data and distribution. Drive data-driven recommendations to help the bank achieve its strategic goals. Deploy new versions of models and continuously update existing models based on data updates and changes, aligning with the growing CIMB portfolio.Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and timeliness of the Data Science and Analytics team.

Perform tasks that positively impact departmental and country KPIs. Perform other related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.

MBA is a plus. Experience in model development, calibration, validation, and monitoring. Excellent quantitative skills with a background in programming (R, Python, SQL, SAS), MS Office, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Knowledge of statistical or reporting tools, Machine Learning, AI, model development, and calibration.
